Administration

Dr. Tiffany Hamilton, Principal
Greetings, MES Family!
I am incredibly grateful and humbled to serve another year as the principal of Magnolia Elementary School. As we begin a new school year, I reflect on all that our students, teachers, staff, and families accomplished together last year. The hard work, dedication, and commitment to excellence led to tremendous growth, and I am excited to build on that momentum.
At Magnolia, our commitment extends beyond academic excellence. We strive to provide engaging, high-quality instruction that empowers every student to grow academically while developing strong character.
Prior to joining the Magnolia family last year, I served in administrative roles in both Trussville City Schools and Alabaster City Schools. These experiences have helped shape my belief in strong relationships, academic excellence, and a commitment to student growth and well-being. I am passionate about creating a learning environment where all students feel valued, challenged, and supported, and I look forward to partnering with our school community to continue Magnolia’s tradition of excellence.
Track & Field took me to Samford University, where I earned my Bachelor of Science in Biology. I completed my Master’s and Ed. S. degree from Liberty University and later returned home to Samford University to complete my doctoral degree in Educational Leadership.
My husband Will and I have three sons, Kolby, Max, and Beau. In my spare time, I love spending time with family and reading.
We look forward to another year of learning and growth. Thank you for being an important part of the Magnolia family.
Here's to a wonderful school year!
